Construction Updates

We are excited to announce that construction work is in full swing, with demolition and abatement activities progressing smoothly. Our team is working diligently to transform Todt Hill.

Utility Upgrades

You may notice construction crews digging on-site—this essential work gives CMG access to underground utilities, including electrical, and communication lines. We’re upgrading all of Todt Hill’s utility systems to enhance reliability, safety, and overall performance.

This includes electrical upgrades to support increased power demands and bring every building up to current code standards.

Exterior Elevators

CMG has installed exterior elevators, known as hoists, on each building. These temporary structures ensure the safe and efficient transport of construction equipment, materials, and new appliances. Once construction is complete, the hoists will be fully removed and the buildings restored to their original appearance.
