Transforming Communities: $150M Renovation at NYCHA’s Todt Hill Houses

A major transformation is underway at NYCHA’s Todt Hill Houses in Manor Heights, Staten Island. The Design Build Team Community Modernization Group (CMG) is leading the $150M renovation, improving quality of life for more than 500 households through modernized apartments, upgraded building systems, and enhanced safety and accessibility features, all while keeping housing affordable and supporting residents throughout construction.

This work advances NYCHA’s long-term modernization goals while ensuring residents experience no rent increases and receive relocation support as needed.
