NYCHA Comp Mod Team Hosted Resident Update Meeting

The NYCHA COMP MOD Team recently hosted Todt Hill residents for a detailed update on our ongoing engagement initiatives. We’re proud to report several key program milestones that include: the completion of Phase 1 relocations, successful lead-based paint and asbestos abatement, installation of exterior building elevators to allow safe transportation of construction equipment, materials and new appliances, and the opening of a fully furnished mock apartment for resident viewing.
